HERE IS A SMALL SAMPLE OF OUR FAVORITES.
Participate in a once-in-a-lifetime experience - a sea turtle release. Seasonally offered by Campo de Tortugas, an environmental conservation and ecological organization.
Explore the local beaches! We've been to Yelapa, Playa Colomitos, Las Animas, Quimixto, and would revisit them all!
Experience the Sierra Madre Mountains at Rancho el Charro. They are top-notch, and there is even an amazing human watering hole during the ride.
Take a break from the ocean beaches and head to the jungle of Mismaloya where the iconic movie 'Predator' was filmed. Sip cocktails and dine in a rustic oasis of waterfalls and dipping pools. For the more adventurous, tour the ziplines at the set of the movie.
For the Landlubbers, take an ATV/RZR through the jungles of the Sierra Madre Mountains and across the Jorullo Bridge, the longest suspension bridge in Latin America.
Chica Locca offers an all-inclusive VIP yacht tour to Yelapa, a town south of Puerto Vallarta only accessible by water. Snorkel, whale watch (seasonally), hike to a waterfall, or just lounge on the beach and enjoy paradise in style.
Hiking from Playa Las Animas to Quimixto is a bit challenging but worth the effort.
Marietas Islands and Hidden Beach are located in the center of Banderas Bay, accessible by boat only, but well worth it!
Spectacular views from the Hill of the Cross (Mirador de la Cruz) urban hike. The viewpoint is less than a mile from CatillacPV, but has a 300ft elevation gain. Best for early morning!
